I had the privilege of leading both our internal outsourcing specialists and our incredibly talented external development partners in bringing these hard surface assets to life for Destiny 2. I oversaw the artistic and technical review pipelines, empowering my team of specialists to deliver comprehensive feedback across every asset iteration to ensure everything achieved the high visual bar and stylistic consistency expected of the franchise.
Beyond the day-to-day quality control, I focused on high-level production architecture, partnering closely with internal stakeholders and external studios to align on production planning, scheduling, and technical metrics.
